Jim Beam 95th Kentuckty Derby Decanter, Churchill Downs

|
This is a Jim Beam Kentucky Derby pink roses decanter from 1969. The front features Churchill Downs, complete with spires, two sprays of pink roses, and says “Churchill Downs, Home of the 95th Kentucky Derby.” The back features a large horse shoe with two additional sprays of pink roses and says “95th Run for the Roses.” Inside the horseshoe is a drawing of Aristides, the first Kentucky Derby winner on May 17,1875. The front of the stopper says “Run for the Roses” and the back says “Churchill Downs”. The bottle is empty, of course. 11" tall x 7" wide x 2-1/4" deep. Bottom says “Creation of James B. Beam Distilling Co., KY - DRB-230, Genuine Regal China, © C. Miller 1969, 145, Liquor Bottle”. To the right of that are three angled letters that appear to be DHH or maybe DHN. Both the decanter and the stopper are in excellent condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, or scratches. The cork is gone from the stopper however, and there are no labels or tax seals.
