A Johnson Brothers Old backstamp and brown color Fruit Sampler pattern in excellent condition. The center of the 10-1/8th inch plate has a pretty pear in the middle surrounded by berries, flowers and leaves. The backstamp reads Staffordshire Old Granite Made in England by Johnson Bros. It also reads; A genuine hand engraving all decoration under the glaze detergent acid resisting color and Fruit Sampler.
