Anchor Hocking Wexford bowl or ice bucket, dark amber

I'm not sure if this is just a bowl or an ice bucket. It is the deepest amber color and is so pretty in this Wexford pattern. Measures 4" tall and has a diameter of 5 1/4". It is in perfect condition.
