Royal Albert Old country Roses Teapot, signed on bottom

Royal Albert Old Country Roses chintz teapot with gold trim. Also has a signature on the bottom of the teapot written in Gold, but I can't amke it out. Measures 5 1/2" tall and is in pristine condition.
