Vintage glass cocktail shaker/ pourer with strainer

Vintage heavy clear textured glass with stippled glass striping. Chrome top with strainer inside the pour spout. Cap on pour spout. Wonderful condition. Tiny dimple of a dent on very tip of chrome lid. Measures almost 11" tall. There is an original silber sticker on it but it's not legible. The only word I can make out is HEE.
