Carved soapstone seal, Alaskan souvenir

Primitive looking soapstone carving of a seal. Most likely an Alaskan souvenir piece. Sticker is missing from the bottom so I'm not sure. Measures 3" tall and is 3 7/8" long at the base. No damages.
