Complete Avon Cape Cod Hurricane lamp, candle lamp

Ruby Red Hurricane lamp (candle lamp) with clear chimney, of the 1876 Cape Cod Collection is reminiscent of early American pressed glass called 'Sandwich Glass'. It featured lacy, intricate designs, fine background stippling, and exquisite brilliance, which reflected the superb craftmanship of its makers. Measures 11" tall with the chimney on.
