For sale is an unusual Atlantic City, New Jersey souvenir spoon by George W. Shiebler. The spoon measures 4 5/8 inches long and weighs 15 grams. The bowl has a light gold wash and a die-struck view of the Absecon lighthouse. The handle is shaped like waves, with "ATLANTIC CITY" in wavy letters on the handle front. The spoon is not monogrammed, but there is slight chance that one was removed from the back...

For sale is a fine Asheville, North Carolina souvenir citrus spoon in the GEORGE III pattern by Frank Whiting, introduced in 1891. The spoon measures 5 1/4 inches long and weighs 15 grams. The bowl is nicely engraved with a view of the mountains in "Asheville / N.C.". The spoon is not monogrammed. The spoon is marked with the old Frank M. Whiting trademark, "STERLING" and "PAT.JUNE 9 '91", as shown.

Condition on the spoon is good. There is just the normal wear...

For sale is a nice hand painted pottery vase from Hawaii. The vase measures about 2 inches wide and stands 6 inches tall. The vase is painted with flowers in shades of brown. The piece is inscribed on the bottom "Chi" and "Hand Painted / Hawaii". I'm not sure how old or new this is; I don't think it is terribly recent, but I can't find any information about who made it. It is attractive, regardless!

Condition on the vase is fairly good...

For sale is an enameled brass souvenir tea caddy spoon for the 1937 coronation of King George V. The spoon is 4 1/8" long, with a scalloped shell bowl. The handle has an applied enamel medal that reads "CORONATION DAY 1937" on a blue enamel background around a portrait of the king. The kings crown and the crown at the tip are highlighted with red enamel. There are no marks.

Condition on the spoon is fairly good...

For sale is an unusual souvenir spoon for Kansas City, Missouri with a customized floral handle. The spoon measures 5 5/8 inches long and weighs 16 grams. The bowl is etched with "KANSAS CITY MO." in relief as shown. The spoon is a simple fiddle pattern, but the handle has been shaped and engraved into a flower with spade shaped leaves and the letters "FCB" as shown. The spoon is engraved "1892" on the reverse...

Here is a very fine parcel gilt GOLDEN GATE San Francisco, California souvenir spoon by Mayer Brothers. The spoon measures 5 11/16 inches long and weighs 30 grams. The piece has a stippled finish all over. The bowl shows the "GOLDEN GATE / SAN FRANCISCO, CAL." with gilding on the sun and the two shorelines, as well as the back of the bowl. The handle is a finely detailed CALIFORNIA souvenir blank with multiple scenes. The spoon has not been monogrammed...

The bowl depicts the "BIRTHPLACE / WILLISTON CHURCH / FEB 2nd 1881 / PORTLAND, ME.". The handle is topped with a "CE" logo and has "YPSCE" down the stem. The spoon is marked "PAT. 1892" over the Gorham trademark and "STERLING", as shown. The spoon has not been monogrammed...

For sale is an interesting sterling souvenir spoon for Wausau, Wisconsin with the Lord's Prayer. The spoon measures 3 13/16 inches long and weighs 6 grams. The bowl is gold washed and engraved "Wausau / Wis.". The handle has a twisted stem topped with a tiny gold washed medallion engraved with the Lord's Prayer. The spoon is not monogrammed. The spoon is simply marked "STERLING", as shown.
