For sale is a fine pinch style asparagus serving tongs by Christofle. The tongs are 6 3/8inches long and the blades are 3 1/4 inches wide. The piece has a spring hinge secured with a screw. The handle has a simple pattern, as shown, and the curved blades are ribbed for grip. The piece is monogrammed "TG" on one handle. The piece is marked with a trademark and [CHRISTOFLE] as shown.
Condition on the tongs is quite good. There is no wear through, and just normal wear from light use. The spring hinge has good tension. A beautiful serving piece!
