International shipments have a $5.00 per box packing/processing fee in addition to shipping and insurance charges. International shipments are limited to 25 lbs. package weight per box and a maximum size of 20" x 20" x 20". Some countries may have additional size restrictions. International shipments must be paid for with Paypal or international postal money orders. There is a 1.5% surcharge for international Paypal payments due to Paypals ever increasing fees.
There is an occasional problem with my phone recorder and email replies. I always try to answer all inquiries within 24 hours. If you don't get a reply, try the phone if you used email or try email if you used the phone. I've missed several customers due to an incomplete or static message on my recorder.
