Tall brown glass wine jug colorful basket-weave cover

Rub this bottle and a genie will pop out! Well, not really. But it would be nice, wouldn't it?
Root-Beer-Brown glass enveloped with a synthetic woven wicker-basket-style cover. Colors are mainly green, black, blue and pink, with gold-chain accents. It has a wood base. About 14" tall.
It is more decorative than utilitarian. It does NOT have a stopper or cork, just the woven cover that goes over the top.
I am not sure of the age of the item; my late mother bought it years ago to display in her kitchen, and it has no manufacturing info anywhere.
Seems to be in perfect condition
