Durand/Crystal "Sewickley Valley Hospital " Vase

Here is a durand crystal vase that was made circa the 1980's-90's.This vase has "sewickley valley hospital" etched on the front.The hospital is located in sewickley pa.This vase measures 6 3/4" tall and is 2 1/4" wide across the top.The condition is really good.
