Made in Japan "Kasmir Rose" Decorative Plate

This lovely hand painted floral Plate is marked "Hand Painted Kasmir Rose #9719". This plate was made in Japan circa 1950's-60's. It measures 7.25" in diameter and is in excellent condition with NO chips or cracks. This is a lovely vintage display plate for your collection.
