Crystal Bowl With Frosted Rose Design

Here is a lovely Bowl with a ground bottom and a Frosted Rose cut into the bottom. It measures 1.75" tall and is 4.75" wide. There is one small flea bite nick on the rim. The overall condition is very good. Circa 1970's-80's. This is possibly a West German piece.
