Sales Policy

PAYMENT POLICY:
The following forms of payment are accepted: Pay Pal, Money Order & Check. Payment must be made before items are shipped. If you will be paying using Pay Pal customer can click through on the PayPal button to complete the sale if no extra shipping charges apply. Mailed payments must be made in U.S. dollars and made out to my name, Laurie Alpert-Etner or The Happy Wanderer.
Item is placed "On Hold" or "Sale Pending" for 5 days if Buyer will be paying via PayPal or 10 days if Buyer will be sending a check or Money Order.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Buyer pays for all shipping, handling and insurance. I only will ship insured USPS with the USA. Items are always shipped within 24 to 48 hours of payment if payment is received Monday through Friday. When payment is received on a weekend day or holiday, the item(s) will ship the next business day
I will ship to other countries if paid by Pay Pal ONLY, however, additional shipping charges will apply. Please email for quote on shipping before paying for your purchase.
RETURNS POLICY:

I will accept returns within three business days of receiving the item. Please email me before returning an item. Original shipping fee's are non-refundable. Item must be returned "INSURED" via USPS and in the same condition as sent. Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense. I package my items carefully for shipping. Return postage is refunded only if item is NOT AS DESCRIBED. I do not accept returns of items damaged during shipment. I will provide any necessary paperwork to assist you, the buyer, with his/her claim.
