Rare hand-painted Russian folk art Ferris Wheel from USSR. Four 1-1/4 Semenov nesting maidens are riding with 4 jaunty men in red & blue outfits with black caps. The wood figures are mounted on red trimmed yellow painted "baskets". Beautiful tole style flowers are painted on the base and arms of this in red, sky blue and green. Never used just displayed.
