This is a great cook book, from famous Restaurateur and Chef, Giavonna D’Agostino. Her wonderful recipes are put in an easy format. You are given the entire meal in one chapter after another, from appetizer to dessert. There no having to hunt from one section to another it’s all there in one place. An example would be her chapter, “Everybody Loves Lasagne” in this chapter you have the recipe for the main course, Lasagne, Romaine Salad, Parmesan Garlic Bread and for dessert Sicilian Fruit Plate.
