This wonderful antique porcelain egg timer in the "Fairing Style" of a chef is positively precious! The timer glass contains pink sand and is attached on to the chefs hand by a brass fitting with a small spring. The timer itslef is a bit loose but clearly attached. There are impressed numbers in the back as shown on photo.
