This Hull Pottery Fancy Rooster Planter Is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. It is marked Hull # 53 USA on the bottom.
Planter is 6" high and 4" across the base. Colors are Burgundy ,Brown,Black,and Chartreuse Green. It is very clean inside and the glaze is shinny, I don't think it was ever used as a planter. It was made by the Hull Pottery Company in the 1950's so it is definitely a vintage piece.
This Rooster is very detailed and realistic as he struts around with his tail feathers high in the air. He would be a great addition to any Hull Pottery collection!
