This is an early piece of Fenton art glass silver crest mini compote called crystal on ice. It is in excellent condition.
Measure 3 1/4" high and 4 1/4" across the top. These older pieces of Fenton Art Glass would have had a paper/foil sticker and naturally after all these years thats gone due to cleaning.
Back when this compote was made the milk glass had a pink opalescent hue to it when held up to the light and this piece does as well.
If you are collecting vintage Fenton Art Glass piece for your collection or to use this one would be great for the Holidays, It would be beautiful serving mints, nuts, candies at Christmas and even for the red & white theme of valentine's Day!
