This is a great piece by the artist Amy Lacomb. It has The original hang tag, and in it she writes, " I love people,animals,and color.I am grateful to be able to express this through my art. I hope it brightens your day." She has been producing them since 1984.
This one is in excellent condition, measures 5" high and 4 1/2" across.
