These two, sterling silver chairs appear to be a matched arm and sides, or "his and hers" pair. They were made by "J.K. Martyn" of Hoxsie, RI, according to the marks on the underside. "Martyn" is identified as an "Artificer" as stamped on the underside (along with the word "Sterling"), which would suggest they produced novelty items like this...

Made by Gorham early in the 20th century, this pair of tongs imitates a wishbone. The piece measures 3 1/2" long, has a 1 1/4" spread between the arms, and weighs approximately .6 T. oz.

It is model number "H171," and so marked on one grip, along with the word "Sterling," and the Gorham lion, anchor, G. The finger grip on the arch is engraved with an Old English "A" monogram.

The condition is flawless. There are no bends, nicks, or damage and the finish is appealing...

Renowned for its Art Nouveau designs, Unger Brothers is equally well regarded in the dual realms of flatware and jewelry. This c. 1900 example of the company's work is a hollow, 2 5/8" long by 1 1/2" at the widest, approximately .5 T. oz., pin or brooch. It is a completely original piece and not one of the knock offs or counterfeits that are available in the marketplace.

It features a woman wearing a large brimmed hat or bonnet that is festooned with daisies...

These two napkin rings are fully matching. Both are sterling silver, model number B3835 made by Gorham and so marked. Each one measures 1 3/4" in diameter and stands 1 1/2" high. The two together weigh 1.8 T. oz., with each one weighing just over .8 T. oz. One is engraved "Lillian" in script and the other "Robert." They are in excellent condition. Both retain a round shape, have fine finishes, and are free of dings or dents.

Formerly associated with Watson, Charles Thomae founded a separate company in 1920 and lent his personal mark to be used as a trade symbol for the new operation. That "T over C" and the word "Sterling" are located on the rim of this stamp box. The item is round, with a diameter of 1 7/8" and a height of 1 1/8". It is solid silver and weighs approximately 1.6 T. oz...
