Clearly inspired by the work of Georg Jensen, this 6 1/2" long bottle opener is stamped only "Sterling Handle," with no maker's identification

It has an end that mimics Jensen's "Pyramid" and design elements around the band that abuts the stainless steel opener that are reminiscent of his "Bittersweet" and "Cactus."

Cubic and angular in construction, the handle is robust and tapers inward somewhat.

Without a monogram or inscription, the piece remains in excellent condition...

It is stamped on the neck with the national "crescent and crown" mark, "800" for the silver content (800 parts out of a 1000), and a "standing unicorn" emblem for the maker, Gebruder Kuhn.
