$ 85 pair

Please note: While one is illustrated, this listing is for a pair of matching teaspoons. They carry the unique Baltimore assay and date marks for 1824, along with the maker's stamp, "Kirk." They are to a Baltimore standard for silver, which would have been 11/12 or 10.15, roughly equivalent to coin.

Each one measures 5 5/8" long and the two combined weigh 1.9 T. oz., with one heavier than the other. The pattern is a "King" variant, with plain, exposed drop, backsides that are monogrammed "LAT" in a feathered script.

The condition of both is excellent. There is scant polishing wear, the bowls are well-shaped and free of tip wear, and the finish is appealing.
