Fully marked as made by Dublin silversmith James Brady in 1826, this sterling silver mustard spoon (similar to a large American master salt spoon) measures 4 1/4" long and weighs just over .4 T. oz. The ovoid bowl is 1 1/8" wide, 7/8" back to front, and 1/4" deep.
It has a reverse tipt end and an exposed drop on the heel of the bowl, and is without a monogram or crest or removal of same.
The condition is very good. There is light polishing wear and there are surface scratches consistent with age, but on balance the finish is quite appealing.
