Each of these six, matching demitasse or coffee spoons (they could also function as egg spoons) measures 4" long and has a delicate script "E.V.P." script monogram. They weigh 2.2 T. oz. the lot.
The pattern is Whiting's "Heraldic," which appropriately enough is dominated by the image of a medieval helmet set at the top of the handle. The remainder of the design incorporates a dense array of high relief, scrolling acanthus leaves.
The bowls are a fancy version, with flanged shoulders, a continuation of the scrolling imprinted in the interiors, and gold matte finishes.
The condition of all the pieces is immaculate. They appear to have had little to no use, showing not the least bit of wear.
Marks the Whiting logo and the word "Sterling."
