Sarah & John Blake, London 1816, Sterling Coffee Spoon

This sterling silver coffee spoon is 5 1/4" long. It bears clear place and date marks for London, 1816, and maker's stamp of SB/IB, for Sarah and John Blake. It is an appealing, well-made piece, with a reverse tip and exposed drop. There is a period style "E.B" monogram. The condition is outstanding, with one caveat. There is a crimp in the metal just above the monogram. It shows on both sides, and results in a shallow line crack on the front.
