Gorham Late Victorian "Saxony" Long Serving Fork

This 10 3/4" long, silver-plated fork is likely a long-handled salad server. The pattern is Gorham's 1891 "Saxony." This is a lush, rococo style design, which in this case is companioned with a highly decorative serving end. The tine area is finished in a gold wash front and back. There is no monogram. The condition is outstanding, with no damage or loss of plating.
