Towle Old English All Sterling Youth Knife

This all sterling silver youth knife is 7 1/4" long. The pattern is Towle's Old English, which is a rose and scroll design. This is a quality, early example, without a monogram or removal. The blade is even and free of burrs, bends, or nicks. There is very slight polishing wear on the high spots of the design, but the detail remains distinct. Marks are the Towle emblem, Sterling, Pat. 1892, and the name of the retailer, Damon & Gould Co.
