Gorham Art Nouveau Sterling Shoe Horn

This solid sterling silver shoe horn is 6" long, and weighs 1.2 T. oz. It was made by Gorham and is model number B2467. Similar looking pieces with close model numbers appear in the 1906 catalog. The art nouveau engraving on this, which includes a narcissus, is in a style that fits the early 20th century period. The blade has a script "GGMcM" monogram. The condition is very good. There is a little polishing softening of the engraving, but that is the only sign of use. Marks are the Gorham lion, anchor, G, Sterling, and B2467.
