This is a lovely 2 tone jasper ware or jasperware portrait plaque of the composer Beethoven. It measures 7.5 inches in diameter and is of lovely work and in excellent condition. There are no marks. It could be either unmarked Wedgwood, England or Adams, England because the work is very good. This commemorative portrait dates to the 19th century. This fabulous pitcher is probably classed as victorian imari or gaudy Welsh although not Welsh but made in the potteries of Staffordshire, England. It is 7 inches high with a hammered copper lid and was made by Samuel Johnson Britannia Pottery of Staffordshire England around 1890-1900. This is a vintage bone china tea cup and saucer made by Shelley China, England in the Harebell pattern number 13590 in the low Oleander shape with blue trim. The finely petal molded cup and saucer was made 1940-1966 and is excellent condition with no chips or cracks and the tiniest signs of use on the saucer. This is an absolutely beautiful vintage ironstone 9.25 inch in diameter mulberry transferware plate in the Asiatic Pheasants pattern called Bristol manufactured by Crown Ducal, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England in 1930s. This wonderful plate is in very good condition with only one old rim chip and one shallow rim chip both not visible from the front. It is really beautiful color and very decorative. This is an antique Staffordshire, England matchstriker and match holder with incorporated tray dating to 1890-1900s. The creamware match striker match holder combo measures 3.5 inches high by 5 inches in diameter and has the remnants of gold trim, most of which is worn off. The match striker match holder is in excellent condition. There are 2 under glaze manufacturing firing cracks on the base which is very normal for this age and material and are not really considered flaws.

This is a wonderful Shelley China of England 10.75 inch in diameter dinner, rack or cabinet plate in the Heather pattern #13282/m in the Gainsborough or Henley shape 1940-1966. This is a chintz biscuit jar or biscuit barrel in an art deco design vintage with fancy silver plate fittings. The biscuit jar was made by Midwinter, England now a part of Wedgwood in 1940-1946 in a pattern called Brama consisting of a green ground with a gold chintz grapes and grapevine overlay. The Brama pattern was substituted by what used to be the Springtime pattern in 1946-1947, so the dating is pretty narrow.
