This is a large breakfast size cup and saucer in the Florence pattern made by Copeland Spode, England 1930-1940s. The large ironstone cup is 2.1 inches high by 4 in diameter and the saucer 6.5 in diameter. The design is of classical floral and foliage motifs of brown transferware that have been hand colored on a molded, swirled or reeded body. The cup and saucer are in excellent condition. This is a wonderful antique biscuit barrel or cookie jar made of dark blue jasper dip made by Wedgwood, England 1900-1920s. The shape is #1672 and the classical design is called Sacrifice Figures in applied white jasper. The fittings are silver plate EPNS and the maker is Walker and Hall Sheffield, England. This is an absolutely beautiful vintage ironstone 9.25 inch in diameter mulberry transferware plate in the Asiatic Pheasants pattern called Bristol manufactured by Crown Ducal, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England in 1930s. This wonderful plate is in very good condition with only one old rim chip and one shallow rim chip both not visible from the front. It is really beautiful color and very decorative.
