This plate is absolutely beautiful! It is a quite large, 10.75 inches in diameter, perhaps a charger or just a cabinet plate, and bears the beehive or shield mark of Royal Vienna factory, Austria and was manufactured around 1880-1900 in what is called the Vienna period. Although the portrait is not identified I think it is a portrait of the Empress Josephine and the letter N is incorporated into the border. This cute little vintage porcelain Friar Tuck 0r brown monk pitcher, creamer or milk jug was made by Goebel, Hummel of West Germany from 1979-1990 and is pattern number S 141/0. The little milk jug stands 4 inches high and the monk has black shoes. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. A cute piece and very collectible. This is a vintage fine porcelain cup and saucer with a gorgeous burgundy color on white and bunches of lilacs with gold trim made by a manufacturer I could not locate. I believe the mark is RKW but could be RWK, Bavaria. The beautiful design has been added to a KPM blank and if you look closely you can see their mark under the gold mark for RKW. This is a 3 tiered cake or dessert server with a Christmas pattern of pine and holly made by Christian Seltmann, Wieden Bavaria Germany between 1946-1975. The server has chrome fittings that screw apart and the piece measures 14 inches high with the tiers measuring 6, 7.5 and 10 inches in diameter. This is a very pretty antique cup and saucer made 1900-1920 with a rosebud and branch design. The porcelain cup is not marked but the saucer is marked Germany. I think it is a married set, or they didn't begin life together, but they are a very pretty match. The cup is 2 inches high by 4 in diameter and the saucer is 5.5 in diameter. This mid century 10 inch high delicate molded porcelain coffee pot or teapot has a wonderful honeycomb texture molded into the high gloss glazed finish. The trim is a dainty black grid banding and gold. It is a lovely shape. It was made in Bavaria Germany by the Eschenbach company in the 1960s and is in excellent, mint condition. This cute little Friar Tuck line or brown monk cruet set of hand painted ceramic salt and pepper shakers with their tray was made by Goebel or Hummel, West Germany. The tray has the 3rd mark, the stylized bee for 1957-1964 and measures 4.5 inches long by 2.6 wide. The salt and peppers measure 2.5 inches high with have black shoes but one has the 3rd mark with original sticker matching the tray but the other is older and has the 2nd mark or 1950-1957 full bee. This is an exquisite antique espresso coffee, demitasse teacup and saucer or perhaps a chocolate cup and saucer I believe to from the Dresden factories in Victorian Germany.
