This is a wonderful gold porcelain art nouveau design salt and pepper shaker set that was made about 1910. I brought the set home from England but believe it to be attributable, although unmarked, to the designer Osborne working for Pickard. The shakers are 3 inches high and have a 1.5 inch square base. There is 1 original cork left. On two sides is the usual textured finish. But setting these apart artistically is the art nouveau design on the other two sides. Just beautiful and so evocative of ...click for details

This is a lovely set of English white ironstone salt and pepper from the Staffordshire potter A.J. Wilkinson in Burslem, England. It has a lovely transfer printed red floral design. The salt and pepper shakers were made @1900. There are old rubber stoppers, one a bit chewed and I don't know if they are original but I would doubt it. They do say made in England. The set is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or restorations. Shipping in the US by USPS insured with tracking is $7.60.
