The shape is #1672 and the classical design is called Sacrifice Figures in applied white jasper. The fittings are silver plate EPNS and the maker is Walker and Hall Sheffield, England. The biscuit barrel measures 5.75 inches high without handle by 5.75 in diameter and is in excellent condition. There is some minor plate wear to the lid. The victorian pitcher or jug measures 6.5 inches high by 5 inches long by 3.75 inches in diameter and is very like Wedgwood jasperware but with a semi gloss finish.
