This is a wonderful marked sterling silver and 9 kt gold pocket watch fob or medal awarded in 1922 that I brought home recently from England but was probably made in the USA weighing 2.6 dwt or pennyweight. The watch chain ornament was awarded for an unknown sport. The inscription on the reverse is C & D C. A. Div. 3A 1922 A.E.I. It is beautifully hand engraved and pierced and has an applied 6 pointed 9 kt gold star in front for a monogram but there are none. The fob is is in excellent condi ...click for details

The bottle measures 2.5 inches high by 1.2 inches in diameter and still smells of perfume. It was probably part of a vanity case or travel kit in the Edwardian era. It is in excellent condition with not chips, cracks or d ...click for details

The hallmarked sterling silver and all over heavily embellished hand chased repousse castle design has a different scene each side and is marked with the lion for sterling, head, date letter for 1835 and the anchor for Birmingham. The maker's mark is TandP for Taylor and Parry, a well known maker of exceptional quality small silver items during the second quarter of the 19th century. The ...click for details
