Antique George Jones Rosebud Cream Soup Cup And Saucer

This is the daintiest and loveliest antique two handled cream soup or bouillion cup and saucer or underplate set. The set was made in England by George Jones and Sons Crescent China in the 1920s. The cup is 2 inches high by 5.25 wide including handles by 2.5 in diameter and the saucer is 5.5 in diameter. The rosebuds are lovely and they are the most delicate bone china. George Jones is one of my favorite manufacturers and this is outstanding example. The cream soup set was made in England for Simmons Hardware in St. Louis, Missouri USA. Both pieces are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear and are really beautiful. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured.
