English Flower Posy Bone China Lovely Staffordshire

This is a wonderful Staffordshire, England bone china paperweight, posy or ornament that is a hand made bouquet of flowers in a white 6 sided angular vase. It is rare to find older pieces in such good condition! This piece was made in the 1930s by Crown Royal China of Staffordshire, England and measures 2.5 inches high by 2.75 inches in diameter and features a pink carnation-type flower, a pale yellow rose and a blue flower. There are also green leaves. We watched craftsman making these at the factory workrooms in Stoke On Trent and were amazed at the skill and time it took to make each part of these arrangements by hand from a lump of clay.
