Bowl Romantic Staffordshire Flow Blue Large

This is a fabulous flow blue transfer or transferware bowl in an unknown landscape pattern by an unknown Staffordshire, England pottery. The bowl dates to the victorian era 1840-1870. The bowl is 2.25 inches high by 10 inches in diameter. It features a gothic scene with a fancy border with landscape vignettes, a molded shape a remnants of sponged gold trim. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There are a few utensil marks on the bottom and 3 stilt marks on the bottom used during manufacture and firing. A wonderful piece of victoriana.
