This is a lovely hand painted over brown transfer imari teacup trio consisting of cup, saucer and plate made in England by Wm. Hudson of Longton, Staffordshire England 1892-1905. Imari became popular with the influence of japanese ceramics at that time. It features flow blue, rust and green hand painted onto a brown floral stylized design transfer with gold trim on a molded cup, saucer and plate. The cup stands 2.75 inches high and is 3.25 inches in diameter, the deep saucer is 5.5 inches in diameter and the plate is 6.5 inches in diameter. It is in excellent condition with no chips,cracks or restorations but does a minor bit of gold wear. A lovely set. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured.
