This is a wonderful Wedgwood, England blue jasper or jasperware 8.25 inch in diameter plate. This 1970 Christmas plate features Nelson's Column and Trafalgar Square in London, England and has a holly leaf border and the usual impressed back marks. A lovely and collectible piece.
