This is a fabulous bone china Richmond shape Melody Chintz teacup and saucer from Shelley China, England, #13453. It has a gold rim on the cup and saucer, very pale green inside the cup, a green handle. The cup is 2.75 inches high and the saucer is 5.5 in diameter.
