This is a wonderful small plate or dish made in 1970 by Wedgwood, England of blue jasper or jasperware with the profile of the World War II American president Harry S. Truman and a decorative border in applied white jasperware. The plate measures 4.5 inches in diameter and is in excellent, mint condition.
