English Sugar Tongs Apostle Ends Sugar Nips

This is a neat pair of EPNS English silver sugar tongs or sugar nips. The sugar tongs are marked in the inside of the bow but I can't make it out, but they were made in England 1930-1940s and measure 4.5 inches long.
