This is an English Crested China or Crested Ware pig's foot or trotter with a hand bearing the coat of arms of Bolton England and the motto or saying A Good Hold On A Bolton Trotter. The fun piece was made by Carlton China, Wiltshaw and Robinson, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire England who are also Carlton Ware 1906-1920 and measuring 1.5 inch high by 4.5 inches long by 1.5 inches wide.
