his is a fabulous and fun English volling Biscuit cutter made by Nutbrown, England in the 1930s. This neat piece of kitchenalia or gadget is overall 6 inches, the handle is 3.5 long and the head is 3.5 wide. The handle, although dirty, has all it's original yellow paint with 2 silver lines. The head is tin and is marked. You push it along the dough and it cuts out 2 biscuits or cookies per pass. Ingenious! The cutter in in very good condition ++ with an excellent condition paint handle and very good head showing wear, scratches and a few corrosion spots. So collectible,and yellow is a rare color.
