French Antique Fish Knife Rest Figural Satin Frosted

This is a wonderful antique french part frosted or satin glass figural fish shape knife rest or knife holder dating to 1890-1915. The fish measures 1 inch high by 3.5 inches long by .5 wide and is marked on the foot Depose YER. Depose was not used in France after 1915. The fish is in excellent, mint condition. It has a blown bubble in it's mouth which I could not photograph successfully and is an elegant and whimsical way to keep your dirty knife off the table and keep your tablecloth clean.
