The maker is Hughes, Longport, England. The design features the a lovely artist's profile drawing of the Queen with color surround, cipher and dedication with gold trim. The cup is 2.8 inches high, the saucer is 5.5 in diameter and the plate is 7 inches in diameter. The royal memorabilia cup and saucer and matching plate set is in very good condition ++ with no chips or cracks but there is some crazing. A great piece of British Royal memorabilia.
