This is a Shelley China, England art pottery vase made in the art deco style 1918-1925. This lovely vase is pattern # 8251 Carnations on a black base. The stylish art deco vase has a stencil style pink carnation and geometric deco designs on a black background. The vase measures 4 inches high by 3.5 in diameter and is in very good +++ condition with no chips or cracks and only 3 tiny black paint flecks missing. A wonderfully decorative and evocative piece.
