This is a Home Waters Series Ware plate made by Royal Doulton, England in 1954 and signed by the artist W. E. Grace. The porcelain plate measures 8.25 inches in diameter and features a harbor design with ships in sail. The plate is in very good +++ condition with no chips or cracks and only 2 minor utensil marks.
